Maxi dresses, turtlenecks and combat boots remind me of the 90s. I'm not sure why. But I'm definitely hunting down a turtleneck dress that hits right at the calf so I can wear ankle boots with it. Take it up a notch with a statement necklace.

Keep things unexpected this year with a short and shiny dress. Keep your legs warm in tall fringe boots. Stay warm in a maxi coat or heavy cardigan. Bring on the suede fedora to keep things laid back. Class things up with a Chanel bag and cocktail ring.
